Meals are delivered on Tuesdays and Fridays,  Order cutoff for Tuesday is noon the preceding Friday and order cutoff for Friday is noon the preceding Wednesday.

Delivery Information

FreshFit405 delivers to homes, gyms, and workplaces throughout the greater Oklahoma City metro area from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Home and office delivery is $10.  Note: meals must be refrigerated promptly upon delivery (meals are not delivered on ice).
